Stepan raises quarterly dividend 2.7% to 38.5c per share

The Board of Directors of Stepan (SCL) Company has approved an increase of 1c per share, or 2.7%, on the quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock. The dividend of 38.5c per share is payable on December 13 to common stockholders of record on November 29. The increase marks the 57th consecutive year in which the quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock has increased.
