SRISID discloses 13.4% passive stake in ConnectM

ConnectM (CNTM) Technology Solutions announced that SRISID, an institutional investor, has filed a Schedule 13G with the SEC, disclosing ownership of 3,893,680 shares, or approximately 13.4% of ConnectM’s outstanding common stock. With SRISID’s investment, total institutional ownership in ConnectM now stands at 46.4% of the company’s outstanding shares.
