The board of directors of S&P Global approved a 1.1% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock. The company has paid a dividend each year since 1937 and is one of fewer than 25 companies in the S&P 500 that has increased its dividend annually for at least the last 51 years. The quarterly dividend will increase from 90c to 91c per share. The dividend of 91c is payable on March 12, 2024, to shareholders of record on February 27, 2024. The new annualized dividend rate is $3.64 per share.
