Societe Generale (SCGLY) CEO Slawomir Krupa said “nothing is sacred” as he pledges to cut the French lender’s high-cost base, including cutting IT spending and scaling back on its external consultants, Ian Johnston and Simon Foy of The Financial Times reports. “Everything is under scrutiny to make sure we are better at managing the cost base,” Krupa said in an interview with the Financial Times.
