Site Centers price target lowered to $14.50 from $17 at Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo lowered the firm’s price target on Site Centers (SITC) to $14.50 from $17 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm believes leasing demand remains strong. However, Wells expects Q1 calls to have a modestly more measured tone.
