Shift4 Payments receives final approval for Credorax acquisition

Shift4 Payments said it received the final regulatory approval required to proceed with the closing of its previously announced European acquisition of Credorax. The company’s management expects to consummate the transaction within the next three business days. Shift4 expects its guidance for the year ended December 31 to be within its previously issued ranges which were provided on August 3.
