UBS downgraded SentinelOne (S) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $25, down from $30. The firm sees a more limited catalyst path through fiscal 2026, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Partner checks indicate that win rates against CrowdStrike (CRWD) have normalized and that competitive displacements are getting more difficult, UBS says. The firm still sees risk to Street estimates even though many of its views appear to be at least partly priced in.
