Sempra Energy declares quarterly dividend of 64.5c per share

Sempra’s board of directors declared a 64.5c per share quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock, which is payable April 15 to common stock shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20. The declared quarterly dividend represents an increase of the company’s common stock dividend to $2.58 per share, on an annualized basis, from $2.48 per share in 2024.
