The supervisory board and executive board of SAP (SAP) recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of EUR 2.35 per share for FY24. This is an increase of EUR 0.15, or 6.8% compared to the dividend paid for fiscal year FY23. If approved by shareholders and assuming the same level of treasury shares at the time of SAP SE’s annual general meeting of shareholders on May 13 and as at December 31, 2024, the total amount distributed in dividends would be approximately EUR 2.741B, representing a pay-out ratio of 51.9%.
