Samsung (SSNLF) plans to raise shipments of its Galaxy S series in 2025, while cutting its targets for the Galaxy Z series as the company moves focus to its flagship devices amid slow sales of its foldable models, DigiTimes Asia’s Daniel Chiang and Charlene Chen report, citing sources. The company still expects to move forward with foldables, however it may only produce 3M Flip 7’s and 2M Fold 7’s, an approximately 3M total reduction compared to 2024.
