Evercore ISI raised the firm’s price target on Salesforce (CRM) to $400 from $300 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm believes Agentforce could help drive modest revenue reacceleration in calendar years 2025 and 2026, even when making “conservative assumptions regarding adoption,” and this could lead to a bigger revaluation of the shares. The firm, which flips its valuation to calendar 2026 estimates, believes that any Agentforce momentum coupled with continued cost discipline could result in upside to Street free cash flow estimates and drive further multiple expansion, the analyst tells investors.
