Truist raised the firm’s price target on Ryman Hospitality (RHP) to $136 from $130 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after meeting with its management team. Conversations mainly centered around booking trends for 2025-2027, near-term and long-term expectations for the Opry Entertainment Group segment, and thoughts around the Gaylord Pacific property, the analyst tells investors in a research note. 2026 will be a stronger RevPAR growth year than 2025 due to various hotel renovations in 2025, but it is important to note that even in a low RevPAR environment such as this year’s, the company should still be able to grow EBITDA margins in their hotel segment by about 70 bps, the firm adds.
