RPM general counsel and CCO Edward Moore to retire, Tracy Crandall to succeed

RPM announced that Edward Moore, RPM‘s senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer, or CCO, will be retiring by the end of calendar 2024. As a result, Tracy Crandall, RPM’s current vice president – compliance and sustainability and associate general counsel, has been elected RPM’s vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer effective October 4. Moore will continue as corporate counsel until his retirement.
