BofA raised the firm’s price target on Royal Caribbean (RCL) to $210 from $205 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Q3 EPS of $5.20 slightly beat the firm’s $5.10 estimate and Visible Alpha consensus of $5.05, but Q4 EPS guidance of $1.40-1.45 missed the firm’s $1.60 estimate and consensus at $1.58 due to a 14c negative impact from Hurricane Milton, the analyst noted. “More importantly,” Royal guided to 2025 EPS of over $14, ahead of consensus at $13.70, which the firm views as “a good initial look at 2025,” the analyst tells investors.
