Rollins price target raised to $56 from $54 at Goldman Sachs

Goldman Sachs analyst George Tong raised the firm’s price target on Rollins (ROL) to $56 from $54 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported solid Q4 results, with revenue outperforming and EPS coming in-line with estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Rollins is seeing positive momentum with its organic revenue growth, which accelerated to 8.5% y/y in Q4 from 7.7% in Q4, led by strong performance in termite & ancillary service, and the firm expects the company’s termite business to sustain double-digit organic revenue growth over the near-to-medium term, driven by rising sales force productivity and increased cross-selling, Goldman Sachs added.
