Reviva Pharmaceuticals (RVPH) announced that it is proposing to offer and sell, subject to market conditions, shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock and warrants are being offered by the company. Citizens JMP Securities is acting as the sole bookrunner for the proposed offering.
