Regions Financial raises quarterly dividend 20% to 24c per share

The Regions Financial Corporation Board of Directors voted to increase its quarterly common dividend to be paid in October 2023. The board declared a cash dividend of 24c on each share of outstanding common stock of the company, payable on Oct. 2, 2023, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 1, 2023. The dividend of 24c represents a 20% increase over Regions’ previous quarterly common dividend.
