UBS analyst Erika Najarian downgraded Regions Financial to Neutral from Buy with an unchanged price target of $24. Recent talks with management indicate that both deposit run-off and deposit beta "continue to surpass expectations" in Q4, said Najarian. However, she believes the current valuation reflects this and other positives.
