Truist analyst Barry Jonas lowered the firm’s price target on Red Rock Resorts to $63 from $64 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 EBITDA topped estimates, and with same store properties stable, its Durango property continues to drive growth with Red Rock cannibalization seen “in-line with expectations”, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
