The firm remains equal-weight REITs into 2025, seeing a mixed macro backdrop. Stock valuations “appear fair on an absolute basis, but rich relative to fixed income alternatives,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. Mizuho believes REIT fundamentals “appear sluggish with a potential inflection” in fiscal 2026.
