RBC Capital analyst Shelby Tucker tells investors in a research note that while slightly negative, they are not entirely surprised by the Department of Commerce’s preliminary findings that four Chinese solar manufacturers circumvented tariffs given the tougher stance on China as of late. The analyst believes the 2-year moratorium instituted by President Biden allows enough time for most companies to diversify their supply chain.
