Rail Vision (RVSN) has received a written notice from Nasdaq Stock Market informing the Company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Rail Vision is now in compliance with all applicable listing standards and its ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Rail Vision was previously notified by Nasdaq on July 22, 2024, that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price rule because its shares failed to meet the closing bid price of $1.00 or more for 30 consecutive business days, as required by the Nasdaq Listing Rules.
