Baird analyst Vikram Kesavabhotla downgraded R1 RCM to Neutral from Outperform with a price target of $14.30, down from $18, after the company announced that it plans to be acquired by TowerBrook Capital Partners and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in a transaction that values the company at $14.30 per share. The firm suspects that the $14.30 price is a bit lower than many had hoped for at the start of this newsflow in February/March, but thinks it will be viewed as “good enough” and expects the transaction to close.
