OTR Global reported in a note to investors earlier, citing Asian supply chain sources, that Qualcomm (QCOM) has gained the integrated high-mid band RF front end module and WiFi/BT combo chip in the new Samsung (SSNLF) Galaxy S23, displacing Broadcom (AVGO) in both cases. Shares of Broadcom, which reported inline fiscal Q1 results and gave above consensus guidance last night, are up $24.77, or 4%, to $623.42 in morning trading.
