Qilian International to change name to ‘BGM Group Ltd.,’ effective October 30

Qilian International (BGM)is pleased to announce that effective on October 30, the company will change its name to “BGM Group Ltd.” In connection with the name change, the trading symbol of the company’s Class A ordinary shares has been changed to “BGM” on the Nasdaq Stock Market, effective on August 11, and the CUSIP number remains unchanged.
