Putin said to be ready for truce with Ukraine with conditions, Bloomberg says

Russian President Vladimir Putin is willing to discuss a temporary truce in Ukraine, provided there is progress toward a final peace settlement, people familiar with the matter in Moscow told Bloomberg News. In order to agree to a ceasefire, there would have to be a clear understanding about the framework principles of the final peace accord and Russia will insist in particular on establishing the parameters of an eventual peacekeeping mission, sources said, according to Bloomberg.
