Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Provident Financial (PROV) to $16 from $15 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm says that following the quarter, the primary adjustments to its model are a slightly stronger margin outlook, but modestly higher expenses. As a result of its changes and FY Q1 results, Piper is increasing its FY 2025 EPS estimate by 5c to $1.05, though its 2026 estimate is unchanged at $1.35.
