Precision Optics appoints Joseph Pellegrino to board of directors

Precision Optics (POCI) announced the appointment of Joseph Pellegrino, Jr. to its Board of Directors. Mr. Pellegrino, who will also serve as Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee, brings decades of operational and financial experience as well as an extensive knowledge of the medical device industry to the board. Pellegrino most recently served as CFO of LeMaitre Vascular (LMAT), a provider of devices, implants and services for the treatment of peripheral vascular disease and continues to serve as a member of their Board of Directors.
