Portland General Electric price target raised to $42 from $41 at BofA

BofA analyst Ross Fowler raised the firm’s price target on Portland General Electric (POR) to $42 from $41 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares. Portland General faces headwinds from less constructive regulation in Oregon, large equity needs, and wildfire risk, says the analyst, who lowered FY25/26/27 EPS estimates by about 3%, driven by regulatory lag and equity needs while also updating the multiple for the FY26 peer group.
