The company’s Q4 results were mostly in line, and while 2025 EPS guidance of $1.10 was pressured by factors the firm expected – including retail softness, mix headwinds, a challenged snow season, and normalization of the employee profit sharing program, the magnitude was greater than anticipated – the analyst tells investors in a research note.
