Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on PNC Financial (PNC) to $208 from $199 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. PNC’s FY25 guidance was “only” about 1% above consensus, while the banking outperformers beat bigger relative to 2025 expectations, the analyst tells investors. Following the report, the firm is increasing its 2025 EPS view by 3% to $16.06 and its 2026 EPS forecast by 5% to $17.38, mainly on higher net interest income and higher fee income expectations.
