PNC (PNC) Financial has hired former-BlackRock (BLK) executive Mark Wiedman as president in a bit to position the bank more competitively in the industry, The Wall Street Journal’s Gina Heeb and Miriam Gottfried report. Wiedman is a two-decade veteran of BlackRock and was most recently the head of its global client business, the firm adds.
