Plus Therapeutics sees $15M in gross proceeds from private placement

Plus Therapeutics (PSTV) announced the pricing of a private placement with gross proceeds to the company expected to be approximately $15.0M. The offering consists of 28,042,140 common units or pre-funded units, each consisting of one share of common stock or one pre-funded warrant, one Series A warrant to purchase one share of common stock per warrant and one Series B warrant to purchase one share of common stock per warrant. The offering price per common unit is 66c. D. Boral Capital is acting as the placement agent for the offering. “This financing coupled with ongoing grant support strengthens our ability to rapidly advance our CNS cancer therapies. We remain focused on meeting key near term milestones and creating long-term value for our stockholders,” said Marc Hedrick, M.D., Plus Therapeutics President and Chief Executive Officer.
