Playa Hotels & Resorts price target lowered to $10 from $12 at Oppenheimer

Oppenheimer lowered the firm’s price target on Playa Hotels & Resorts to $10 from $12 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm is also lowering 2024/25 estimates for Playa post Q2 earnings. Hurricane Beryl, a travel warning for Jamaica, and renovation disruption are negatively impacting the business, Oppenheimer notes. It’s possible these factors hamper share price performance the rest of this year, it adds.
