Pfizer (PFE) has named Chris Boshoff, who has led the company’s cancer research and marketing for more than a year, as its chief scientific officer, effective January 1, The Wall Street Journal’s Jared S. Hopkins reports. Boshoff’s selection followed an internal and external search process to replace Mikael Dolsten, who Pfizer said in July would leave the company after 15 years.
