Private equity firms Certares Management and Knighthead Capital Management sued Morgan Stanley in a New York state court, alleging that the bank defrauded them by unlawfully restructuring a deal to invest in a credit agreement for a luxury high-speed rail line, reported Bloomberg’s Greg Farrell.
