PDF Solutions to acquire secureWISE from Telit IOT Solutions for $130M

PDF Solutions (PDFS) announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire secureWISE from Telit IOT Solutions. Under the terms of the definitive agreement, PDF Solutions will pay a cash amount of $130M, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. The purchase price will be funded by a combination of cash on hand and $70M of new bank debt. The acquisition is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected to close in the first calendar quarter of 2025.
