Paramount Group sees 2025 core FFO of 51c-57c per share

The company estimates that 2025 core FFO will be between 51c and 57c per diluted share. The estimated core FFO of 54c per diluted share, at the midpoint of the company’s guidance for 2025, when compared to actual core FFO of 80c per diluted share for 2024, Paramount stated.
