The firm cites the company’s expectations markets will strengthen in 2025 in both discretionary and non-discretionary spending with help from declining interest rates, with the management also having indicated confidence in Owens Corning’s near-term outlook with a 15% dividend increase and is buying back its stock, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
