Outfront Media (OUT) appointed Nick Brien as Interim CEO, effective February 10. Brien served on the company’s Board of Directors for many years, which service will continue during his tenure as the Interim CEO. Michael Dominguez was named Chairman of the Board as of February 10. Brien has held senior leadership positions at organizations including advertising industry such as Publicis, Dentsu, McCann Worldgroup, and IPG Mediabrands. He served as CEO at Amobee. This leadership transition follows the previously announced retirement of Jeremy Male.
