Oscar Health reconfirms FY24 guidance

In a regulatory filing, Oscar Health disclosed that it will host its 2024 Investor Day on June 7, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. At the event, the company will reconfirm the full year 2024 guidance that it provided in its financial results press release for the fourth quarter of 2023 dated February 7, and will provide an update on adjusted EBITDA performance through the end of April 2024. In addition, the company will provide an update on its strategic plans, long-term growth targets and levers available to achieve these targets, the filing noted.
