Citi says October notebook shipments were down 12% month-over-month, below the firm’s expectations due to pull-in from September and sluggish demand. Citi lowered its Q4 notebook forecast from down 8% quarter-over-quaretr to down 13%, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm maintains a Neutral rating on Intel (INTC) and Buy rating on AMD (AMD).
