Citi analyst Asiya Merchant notes Nvidia (NVDA) reported “solid results” and that guidance of $37.5B implies revenue growth of 70% year-over-year, exceeding consensus expectations. Nvidia noted Blackwell production shipments are scheduled to begin next quarter and will continue to ramp with current demand indicators expected to exceed supply for several quarters over the next year and during the call management noted strong traction of AI in enterprise environments with full-year AI enterprise revenues to more than double from last year and the pipeline continuing to build. Overall, the firm believes the demand read through is positive for enterprise server OEMs including Dell (DELL), HP Enterprise (HPE) and SuperMicro (SMCI), the analyst tells investors.
