Nvidia price target raised to $175 from $120 at Loop Capital

Loop Capital analyst Ananda Baruah raised the firm’s price target on Nvidia to $175 from $120 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares as part of the first iteration of the firm’s “GPU Matrix.” Nvidia has potential to generate material upside to 2025 Street revenue and EPS estimates given its Data Center revenue potential of $215B – $240B vs. the Street’s current view of $145B and Compute Revenue of $200B – $225B vs. the Street at $132B, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Loop adds that its framework suggests that 7.0M Data Center GPU’s is “legitimately on the table” for the first time for 2025.
