NV5, a provider of technology, certification, and consulting solutions, announced that it completed the acquisition of Southport Engineering Associates, a provider of turnkey energy efficiency, engineering design, and owner representation consulting on December 4, 2024. The acquisition was made with a combination of cash and stock and will be immediately accretive to NV5’s earnings.
