As previously reported, UBS downgraded Nucor (NUE) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $156, down from $171. U.S. steel players, including Nucor, reported “weak” Q3 and earnings and gave “disappointing” guidance, the analyst tells investors. In addition, the firm sees downside risk to Q1 on lingering volume and pricing pressures, the analyst added.
