On December 18 the Board of Directors of Northern Oil and Gas (NOG), appointed the company’s chief executive officer, Nicholas O’Grady, to serve as a member of the Board. Mr. O’Grady has served as the company’s chief executive officer since January 2020, having previously joined the company as its chief financial officer in June 2018. Mr. O’Grady is not being appointed to any committee of the Board at this time, and will receive no additional compensation for his service on the Board.
