TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Norfolk Southern (NSC) to $272 from $247 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said results beat the forecast and consensus expectations to end a very challenging year on a high note. 2025 guidance comes in modestly below previous estimates though the company is the only U.S. Class I to quantify margin targets in 2025.
