Barclays analyst Richard Hightower lowered the firm’s price target on NNN REIT (NNN) to $46 from $48 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares as part of a Q4 earnings preview for the net lease real estate investment trusts. The firm modestly reduced fiscal 2025 estimates in most cases to reflect higher interest rates and a more conservative view on tenant credit.
