Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Nice (NICE) to $228 from $279 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm updated the company’s model post the Q4 report. While the Q4 numbers were generally in-line with expectations, the fiscal 2028 guidance “underwhelmed” with a sharper slowdown in cloud and slightly weaker earnings, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, Citi attributes the softer guidance to conservatism and says the stock’s valuation now represents a “clearing event.”
